It has two media companies, the CEET S.A. and CEETTV S.A. and is one of the most traditional, influential and important media groups of the country. It also produces more than 25 media in the press, television and digital media sectors. This organization groups companies and investments in different sectors of the economy, such as finance, agribusiness, energy, gas, infrastructure, hotel industry, mining, industry, construction, real estate and media. It is difficult to identify its operating structure, since it manages investments, shares and securities through different holding companies. It belongs to the parent company Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S. A., a Public Limited Company (S.A) which was constituted by public deed number 0043 of January 7, 1994. Its main domicile is the city of Bogotá, D.C.
