The Organización Ardila Lülle is owner of more than 50 media. Carlos Ardila Lülle is the owner of Canal RCN, the Radio Network RCN, NTN24 and Win Sport. The RCN Radio Network covers more than the 80% of the national territory with more than 160 stations (among owned, affiliated and leased), meanwhile the Canal RCN is the second channel with the highest audience in the country. According to Forbes Magazine, Carlos Ardila ranks third among the richest entrepreneurs in Colombia.
The Organización Ardila Lülle is one of the most important business clusters of the country. Its parent company is the Carbe S.A. company, through which Carlos Ardila Lülle manages property in more than thirty companies in different sectors of the national economy. The most representative of the group is Postobon, but its organization is also composed of other relevant companies such as Incauca and Los Coches, and also has participation in foreign companies such as Cinépolis.
It also participates in international communication projects such as Mundo Max and NTN 24.
At a political level, OAL was one of the main funders of the campaign of Andrés Pastrana to the Presidency. It also contributed to both campaigns of Álvaro Uribe.
Likewise, in the sport sector the companies of the Organización Ardila Lülle have concentrated a great influence, mainly in skating, cycling and soccer. Regarding the Professional Colombian Soccer, Postobon SA is the sponsor of the local soccer tournament, which guarantees the supply of its products in the stadiums during the matches of the cup; the television channels of the group (RCN and Winsport) have signed transmission right agreements of the tournament which include audience and advertising. In addition, Ardila Lülle owns Atlético Nacional, the club that competes in the tournament.
